      Pros

      Flexible schedule, relaxed dress code, competent management and mentors. Interesting work, ability to change discipline if unhappy with current work (eventually). Good benefits.

      Cons

      The pay is just not enough. The cost of living anywhere near Jupiter FL has increased MUCH faster than wages. Unwillingness of management to hire enough overhead employees to maintain IT, HR, etc.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, laid back environment, open office space, no cubicles, and it's very easy to talk to managers, tech leads and owners as well as peers when you need guidance or help. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      I believe the pay is low compared to neighboring companies, none to minimal training, slow network at times.
