      Pay is good, learning about gas turbines.....yes please.

      Pros

      Laid back, good benefits, they pay overtime even while you're on salary. If you don't know how to do something there's always help. The designers and structures engineers sit across the way and you can always talk to eachother. Free coffee all the time and bagels on Friday

      Cons

      Boring. No room to grow. It's a good job if you're just starting out, retired and bored, or moving to Florida to get a feel of the area and will retire soon

      Great for engineers. Give overtime as bonuses or added to time off. Gas turbine technology.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Manufacturing facility needs some work. Not really a place for MS or PhD.
