Pros
Paramount Builders is a very welcoming company with Christian values! There is always something new to learn and always someone to help with any questions you may have. In an administrative position, the hours are convenient.
Cons
I think administration and canvassers should get paid more than they do an hour. With canvassers, they have the ability to move up in pay each month and qualify for bonuses and incentives; however, administration stays at a very low, unlivable base rate of below the state-wide average for that field. (which is $38,000 a year and roughly $18/hour) They also do not qualify for the wonderful trips everyone else gets to earn. I think this is the main focus the company should have on their employees.
