      Pros

      I've worked here for over 3 years and this company is completely dedicated to its employees. They help those in need and give back to the employees and the community at every opportunity. They gave turkeys to employees for thanksgiving. They have incentive based programs to help you succeed to your fullest potential. The first year I was here the owner gave 1 million dollars to his employees as a thank you for making paramount as wonderful as it is. We all play a part in making this company great and I am so happy I get to be a part of that.

      Pros

      I love my job! I have been working here for over a year and a half and it's the best job I have ever had. I love how the company is extremely community oriented and the staff treats everyone like family.

      I am truly blessed to have found Paramount Builders. They are wonderful to work for and truly care about their employees. I have worked here for almost 3 years now and it is honestly the best company I have ever worked for, hands down! Everyone is very helpful and caring and really makes you feel like part of the family. I am always learning new things.
