Peer-to-peer level, you get to work with a lot of really interesting people

Cons

Much of the management are older, seemingly grandfathered in to their positions which imposes difficulty to execute new and innovative ideas. Instead, their process is very “rinse and repeat”, regardless of whether it was successful in the past.
