Pros

Good pto, wfh, and flexible schedule benefits, that attract and maintain top talent. Good coworkers that are willing to help. Management from the ceo to my department manager are rational, seemingly caring, and open to change; ideal for success in the digital entertainment landscape. The company has already taken strides for a better workplace, and continues to do so.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive compared to other companies in the field. Many of the systems and processes are inefficient and antiquated causing gears of friction and ineptitude in certain areas. Sometimes, employees have to suffer as a result of these systems. That said, it seems management has the right attitude for change, and there are plenty of opportunities for you to introduce improvements as an employee. The future looks bright.

Pros

Being optimistic in the face of great uncertainty and change, commitment to improving diversity, inclusion and belonging and increasing transparency

Cons

This company could be truly amazing and has lots of potential, but there's room for improvement, especially competitive salaries
