Pros

Good, reliable company with a great history. Very good employer. You are left to get on with things but help is never far away no matter how far from head office you may be.

Cons

A lot of us work from home which means the office sometimes resembles the Marie Celeste

Thanks for the review. We are so happy you feel supported in your role. As you alluded to, we encourage flexible hours and work-from home schedules, but do understand that sometimes when the team’s WFH schedules overlap, the office can seem a little empty! We have found that teams who actively communicate on WFH schedules are able to facilitate more in-person interaction time simply by planning to be in the office on the same days. And, with our cross-functional (and global!) business, video conferences have become an increasingly important tool to help our teams engage.

Pros

positive and inclusive work environment; young atmosphere; casual dress for work; people are very passionate about the job and they are fantastic people (almost of them); work with recognizable brands; always new initiatives and projects to work on.

Cons

They don't pay as much as they should; salary growth limited; high turnover; Work/life balance wasn't great; terrible management; massive 'restructuring' happening all the time (unclear vision - new board, new leadership); conventional and old methods that need to change; not the company it used to be.
