      Pros

      Great place to work, very friendly management! Help out and support very well. Great flexibility, Pool table to use during lunch! Great location! Great basic pay once past probabtion period/ or if applying directly and not through a agency.

      Cons

      Bonus' need to be higher, cannot fulfil role with out confidence, no real progression opportunity, Applying through an agency means you are significantly capped on pay relative to directly working.

      bad paid, not good staff provided, bad computers, headphones, managers and leaders are quite all time pressing you ( Things like, if you are on target, this could be your last week here), you work with clock in - clock out, it is like a primary school, they are behind you all the time, horrible admophere
