      Great people across different brands Smart, creative and some are helpful Great content being produced by smart, creative teams I've worked with

      Low salaries The HR department is a joke Lack of collaboration within technology teams Merger caused "land grabs" in the organization Some good people but the "they really don't like you" aura exists "In-fighting" for getting credit Some teams are very micro-managed, some know-it-all "leaders" Your opinion doesn't really count - just a number

      Love the people I work with, the content is incredible & the skills I'm learning is unparalleled. Competitive pay & opportunities to climb the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      The Sales Associate position is slightly disconnected from the company. In an entry-level position, you are learning all the ins and outs of media operations & sales. But unfortunately, we are just kind of left out of a lot of conversations in terms of selling, client communication, and what the next step looks like for us.

      -Leadership is very unprofessional and petty -People of color are treated very differently, lack of respect and consideration -HR is literally a mess, no accountability, no rules -No work life balance, expected to work like everything is an emergency -No real structure, everything feels like “just winging it” and if you ask questions or push back you are retaliated against
