Pros

When I first started working here the culture was great. Smaller teams, sense of comradery.

Cons

That changed in the last few years. Not treated as family anymore. You're replaceable.

Pros

Nice coworkers if they are all on the same rung on the corporate ladder. Good benefits package. Lots of time off.

Cons

Nepotism all over. No upward mobility. Management doesn't listen and/or care. Salary is way below going rate for most positions. Constant fear of being laid off. Good workers aren't rewarded, instead they are given more responsibilities with no increase in salary. Same goes for people that get laid off. Instead of being replaced, they distribute the work amongst those who are left. No career path assistance. Constantly told there are no positions available. Company makes multi-million dollar cuts and yet the CEO gets a 19% salary increase.
