Once a vibrant creative company (MTV Networks) that fostered growth and unmatched company culture, that has now stagnated into a Corporate machine, with a disposable regard for employees (on-going lay-offs).

Just about everything. As a whole, only a few divisions pull in solid revenue from ads. Most of that money goes to keeping other useless divisions on life support. Much like their television counterpart, Interactive is years behind in understanding what is interesting or trending in just about anything. The upper management is comedically out of touch. People with no design experience making design decisions, socially inept leadership and employees who aren't learning or advancing the software. Frankly, I'm amazed every day the whole thing hasn't collapsed inward on itself.
