- Low salary with skewed bonus system and little chance for raise/promotion - Working long hours daily is expected - Unrealistic expectations given the amount of work assigned - Sales Sales Sales. They'll hire as many sales reps as they can in order to hit numbers but will leave other departments short-handed. - HIGH turnover the last few months. A lot of people have started and left a few weeks/months later - Immediate and upper management very disconnected from employees - Favoritism is rampant - Little to no education on anything passed your immediate duties

- Toxic work culture. Every negative review here is accurate when they say this. The leaders play a big part in contributing to this. There is an incredibly racist and sexist environment cultivated from leadership that should’ve been addressed more seriously. Diversity and inclusion doesn’t seem to be on their priority. - Favoritism. There is a ton of favoritism amongst departments. Without the appropriate resources needed, how can we work together as a team to provide a good product and customer experience? There is no regard for this at all. - Leadership. They have been incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional on so many ends in my time here. When vocalizing about issues and/or concerns, no one in leadership seems to care about them or address them seriously. It’s a big joke. -CEO. The CEO during my time here was cruel and unhelpful. She was two-faced in her intentions and had no true desire to learn about the root of the issues that the company had and work to find permanent solutions. It’s a huge disappointment considering the fact that many looked up to her.
