-Great work-life balance -Collaborative team -Culturally diverse, multiple languages spoken in office (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, English, etc.) -Generous benefits and access to complimentary products/many perks

Cons

-Disorganized structure and communication seems to stem from Paris on down -Perfumes & Cosmetics employees get zero discount on the brand's apparel and accessories items

Quality of the product, renown of the brand: internationnaly known, challenges related to luxury products a lot of new products are developped each year and the budget to launch new ones are really confortable. People working at this place can see and experience really high end marketing operations.

Cons

This job can has those cons: hard work, long hours, stress with top management requirements. Rely a lot on culture and top management decisions. Therefore there is no real place for young or new coworkers ideas and suggestions. People are supposed to understand the brand culture and follow it instead of wanting to renew or refresh it.
