Pros

Dior says it all. Great for resume, that's it.

Cons

The Coordinators are not recognized nor treated as the management. The salaries are very low compared to management and expats. Most of the managers have big egos. The departments create tension between each other. People think that we have amazing deals, we don't even have a 5% discount for bags or apparel. Extremely bureaucratic.

Terrible management Hard to get a hold of anyone in the corporate office for anything You will not get a substantial raise

Beautiful Products, Well known in the industry, Good Training, Nice bonus Plan, Ability to work your way up within the company.

Cons

Locations of some of the stores can be rather difficult to meet expectational goals due to no flow of traffic, therefore you have to work, after hours for which you are not paid.
