Fast pace, need to adopt on last minute changes, lots of traveling sometimes on weekends, very demanding company you may not have very good work and personal life balance.

I love working for Dior. They really make sure you know the product before putting you out on the floor, and they pay great!

Cons

Sometimes they don't have enough hours. You have to make sure you ask for brushes.
