      - Amazing internal structure for mentorship and growth. Mentorship and self development is central to the culture at Pariveda - Opportunity to learn different tech stacks with the variety of projects that we engage in

      - Work life balance is generally great but occasionally there are projects that can get rough. This is rare but can happen.
