Pros

The company has a lot of good prospects and the technology is very valuable for the customer base. Excellent value proposition. Great people to work with, lots of talent and driven people.

Cons

Lack of clear direction and mission. Innovation is slow and competition is more nimble and leapfrogging Park Assist. Lack of support and directive. Extremely poor execution is effecting the success of the business. Company succeeds in selling and then fails on execution.
