Pros

- triple digit revenue growth - had some recent management issues but resolved them successfully - now looking forward with a (finally) unlocked budget & hiring massively - current back-to-square-1 state is an huge opportunity - exciting new products coming to design from scratch

Cons

- still a bit dizzy/disorganized while recovering from recent management issues

I am sure that through the years you have spent as a valuable team member, you’ve watched the company grow from a small business to an organization now serving Fortune 500 clients in 30 plus countries. It is a success that we all should be proud of. Overcoming many challenges of fast growth has not been easy, but today the stability of Park Assist is largely dependent on the people, processes and structure of our organization. That is why for the past 6 months we have dedicated time, effort, and resources to ensure that we have all the necessary tools to continue on our path in a healthy and controlled way.
