Thank you for your feedback and review. Giving employees room to grow, and providing them with all the necessary tools and resources to succeed and feel empowered at their job, has been a top priority as a CEO. We are currently implementing a program for our new employees’ onboarding, orientation and training. As a contributing factor, because of our company’s rapid growth, we realized that the organizational processes needed to be modified to fit a now-larger organization. Over the last 3 months, we have implemented a number of initiatives that further strengthened the structure and focus of our teams as we move forward. We have also identified the right person internally to qualify for the role of VP of Product Management, and he is now leading our talented innovation team to deliver the best in class next generation of our technology in 2018.
