The families were truly incredible to work with.

Cons

Terrible Management. Rude and inconsiderate coworkers. No support. Definitely felt like their mission was to make as much money as possible rather than the opportunity to truly care about the industry and people going through such a sensitive time in their lives.

If you have a problem, don’t rely on HR to help. Constantly introducing new systems that are half-baked. They would rather let good people go, than fix the problems within the company. They change your pay if you are “making too much money” in your commissions.

Cons

No raises, not even COL. Low morale due to being overworked yet chastised for an hour or two of OT. Many employees have left for competitor but those empty positions aren't filled, they just have other employees pick up the workload.
