Lack of training Trainers who are under trained themselves Lack of compassion for employees Way too many systems some that are way out of date. I’ve worked in several call centers most places the customer comes in verified and you have an idea what they are calling for….. not here, you’ll spend 10 min just trying to get them verified and you have to go to like 5 different spots to get all the information.

Little to no experience with underwriting commercial & industrial deals. Bank does not collect financial statements or check covenants for its borrowers. Head of credit doesn’t know what the definition of leverage was.
