I felt that they were a pretty strict company and were not really flexible with all of peoples wants and needs.

People we generally nice and welcoming. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Horrible sick leave. They call it "wellness hours" and you only earn 1/2 day per month. If you're looking to be on the Supervision side, the job description seems white collar, but once you get on the job, its all hands on deck. Defiantly, not for an older person.

Pros

the people you work with, and the guests you serve. I worked at a university and was fortunate to meet a lot of nice people. there is room for advancement!

Cons

there were favorite employees when I left that were promoted to same position I had with no experience. They were no required to take a supervisor class that supervisors before them did. It didn't matter how long you worked there or how many years experience you had it was who the managers favorites were. I worked there for 8 years 4 of them as a supervisor. employee that was hired last year with very little experience was promoted to supervisor.
