      Pros

      Partstown was a fast paced company when i worked their in 2016-2017. They were growing fast and were always trying to keep up with all the orders. They would push pickers to keep going and to not slow down. It was very busy and we had to push the pace to get all the orders out. The hours were good. The overtime was there! They wouldn't punish you for mistakes but they did keep track. They cared more about productivity over quality. They were only paying around 14$ an hour at that time.
