Pros

Culture, environment, benefits, food, special interest volunteering

Cons

Vacation days and sick days are all the same. You get so many for so much time put in. like you get 10 days for the year for your first few years, can save days to roll over but can't go over unless you "buy" them

Pros

Nice time away, flexible, strong culture, relaxed dress code, willing to train the right people if they fit the culture but lack the skill. Quickly growing company.

Cons

Strong culture, it's not for everyone. Pay is on the lower side, but makes up for it with comfortable atmosphere, dress code. Need to be flexible and go with the flow. Not for those who idealize structure and predictability.

Pros

Fantastic culture and growth oriented business that provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth. The team is fantastic!!

Cons

For a company growing so fast, sometimes we run leaner than we would like.
