Thanks for your review. We think our people are pretty great too! We know that parking is tight, that appears to be the trade-off for fast growth. Have you tried parking in the off-site parking lot? It’s only a couple of minutes away from the building and there is a shuttle that runs throughout the day. There are plenty of parking spots available there, we recommend you give it a try! We have a lot of team members move into new roles internally every month, sometimes the move is a promotion and at times it’s a lateral move depending on what role the team member is coming from. We care about our team and strive to put our best foot forward to ensure our pay is aligned internally and with the external market data.
