      Pros

      Great people with great networking opportunities. Quickly able to move up in the company even with none or minimal experience.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and non unified managerial staff (who your boss is will make a difference in how you are reviewed or succeed)

      Good people working here. Good Medical/Dental/Vision insurance. 401K matching is available.

      Since Pasona is a service provider (outsourcing), you will be expected a high level of hospitality and professional knowledge of Recruiting/Payroll/Accounting depending on your job.

      PASONA is good for no-experienced person, but not good for working there for a long time

      Pros

      Very good for beginner. You will be training by experienced worker well. There are training cource and meeting too. These are helpful.

      Cons

      PASONA is very good for beginner but is not good for experienced person. And should not work for a long time. There are many strict rules such as.... You have to ask permission in advance for overtime or you have to report if you made mistake even though a small mistake.
