Pros

Good place to start your professional career. Client industries vary, and you can explore what you really pursue your career to be directed.

Cons

Bad Management. Poor leadership and lack of accountablity internally and externaly. Too much OT going on for every department. Unique vibe of "We are the BEST" while they really aren't. Most quit after 2-3 years, and that tells what kind of company it is.
