Absolutely Horrible management. The newer managemt office is the worst because the manager does not know how to manage employees. The manager needs to create some positive attitudes rather than finding mistakes and just blaming on employees. This is really sales-focus management, so management does not care its employees. The system of the company makes stressful, under-pressure environment. Even though it is exempt position, the taskes which individuals get are overloaded and many of employees are necessary to do overtime. There are so much turn over because of the lack of management skills. Even if I get more tasks in my job duties, my salary never goes up. Feels like the company only hires Japanese in a particular location. That may causes a lack of diversity. The salary is not really reflect on the job with so much overtime. The management is unfairly treated their employees.

Since the branches are so spread out, it is hard to motivate employees in small branch. Also, since this is Japanese company, over 90% of employees are Japanese. That been said, the conversation at workplace is in Japanese.
