Pros

Passavant Memorial Homes is a great provider. The staff are committed to providing compassionate care and the leadership that the staff receive from management is terrific. The organization is quality driven and there are excellent opportunities for the staff to develop and progress.

None :) don’t work here

Cons

Bad pay, no pto, people will sleep on the couch and you get payed to do all their work, you can’t complain or you get in trouble, meds get lost constantly and you get blamed if you turn it in, management can’t manage, and oh lots of poop!!

Upper management is very rude! the union never helps . They will fire any RPD that build a good working relationship with staff.no nursing have to take The consumers to the doctor to have things treated that if we had nursing staff could do.list gos on !had to rate or I'd of gave 0 stars!
