Pros

The work Passavant does with individuals with intellectual disabilities is very rewarding. I am grateful for the relationships I have developed over the years. Great benefits, 401k, and PTO. There is flexibility and an emphasis on team work with room for career advancement. I have received several advancement opportunities since beginning my employment with Passavant.

None that I can think of.

Excellent company, very well run. I love working with the individuals, they are absolutely incredible. My training was very good and there was follow up on the job training. The Mangers are very involved and are concerned that we have everything we need to do a good job. They are always willing to help when you need it.

Cons

There is a union so there are dues.
