      Pros

      The company culture is exceptional. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and truly invested in employee success. Communication from executives is clear and consistent, and you always understand how your work contributes to the broader mission. There’s a strong emphasis on trust, autonomy, and accountability — no micromanagement, just support when you need it. Work-life balance is outstanding. The company respects personal time, encourages taking PTO, and promotes flexibility. As a remote-first organization, they’ve built processes and collaboration practices that make distributed work seamless and engaging. Compensation and benefits are competitive and thoughtfully structured. Professional development is encouraged, whether through certifications, conferences, or learning opportunities. Team members are incredibly talented, humble, and collaborative—there’s a shared sense of purpose and pride in delivering high-quality products to customers.

      Cons

      As a growing company, processes are continually evolving, which can require adaptability. However, leadership actively seeks feedback and iterates quickly, so improvements happen fast.

      Hands down the best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Amazing culture and leadership - very low pressure compared to other corporate environments, no politics, extremely welcoming and close-knit. Remote Best benefits I've ever seen (99% of insurance is covered by Patch My PC)

      Cons

      Pay is low especially since I'm based in California but the Pros outweigh the cons.

Hearing “best company I’ve ever worked for” is a big deal to Marie and me. I also love the callout on low pressure, no politics, and being welcoming and close-knit. That’s exactly what we’re trying to preserve as we grow, and it only works when team members keep showing up for each other and our customers. I’m also happy the benefits are hitting the mark. Healthcare should not be a stressor. On the comp note, I hear you. California cost of living is no joke. We aim for consistent pay bands across a distributed team, so it can feel different depending on where a team member chooses to live. If you want to talk career growth and progression, your manager is the best first stop. Over time, that growth should translate into comp progression too. Thanks again for being part of Patch My PC.       Pros

      I love working at PMPC! My critical thinking skills have grown exponentially over the course of the last few years, and I am confident in my role as an Account Executive. Our management team truly cares about providing the tools we need to be successful in our roles, and as we grow by leaps and bounds, they make sure we are not left behind! Additionally, the pay and benefits are great. There is no micromanaging, and the job is enjoyable. I recommend PMPC to anyone who wants to work in IT, and have a great work, life balance. :-)

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher, but the benefits are ridiculously great!
