Patch My PC has truly redefined my expectations for what a workplace can be and makes coming to work every day something that I really look forward to (Sunday scaries, who!? We love Monday's here!). Benefits: Patch My PC goes above and beyond when it comes to offering benefits that make employees feel valued and cared for. Their commitment to work-life balance is also outstanding, ensuring that we can meet both personal and professional responsibilities seamlessly. Culture: The culture at PMPC is truly exceptional. It's evident that the company takes pride in fostering a workplace that encourages open communication, inclusivity, and growth opportunities. The leadership team actively seeks input from employees and values different perspectives. Something that I also really appreciate is the fail forward mentality that leadership demonstrates and encourages. Mistakes happen but the understanding and reassurance that is given is so appreciated and allows for each employee to grow and become better. Incredible Teammates: I've had the privilege of working with some of the most talented, passionate, and collaborative individuals in just the short 7 months that I have been here. My colleagues are not just coworkers; they are friends and mentors who genuinely care about each other's success. The executive team is also approachable and supportive, fostering an environment of trust. Everyone is dedicated to achieving the company's goals and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.

Here are a few examples of my experience: * They are humble and avoid shenanigans - Company leadership has created a culture of humility and transparency. Everyone owns their mistakes and is always seeking to improve. * They create experiences, serve others, and show empathy - This company truly cares about its team and goes above and beyond to encourage and reward every team member with amazing benefits, recognition, and empathetic support when any team member experiences challenges. I have never received ice cream in the mail until working for this company! :-) - They pursue excellence and think big - This is a small company, but their vision is clear and big. Company-wide and department goals are clear, measurable, and attainable. Expectations are high, and they equip every team member to be successful in meeting them. They have great systems in place to receive feedback and ideas and follow-through with innovation, change, and improvements. There is a reason why the turnover rate is so low at Patch My PC. It was been energizing to work here over the past 5 months, and I am excited about the opportunities I have to grow with them!
