      If you want to work with amazing people and 100% remote, look no further!

      Pros

      - 100% remote! - Amazing people work alongside side you, everyone does their best to help each other out; - Flat hierarchy, you can easily talk with the CEO if you need to; - Your work actually gets recognized and you can grow internally; - Work conferences across the globe, if that's something you like; - Good benefits (healthcare, gym, IT assets, etc);

      Cons

      - You'll never want to work from an office again; - Possibly you'll never leave the company; - Possibility to work from a tropical location location (I mean who doesn't hate working with an ocean view and feel the sea breeze on your face?)

      It's uncommon to see the level of empathy, compassion, and teamwork that this team exudes. Employees throughout Patch My PC are supportive when any questions arise and often work together to solve something in an efficient manner. Patch My PC encourages a work environment that's conducive to personal growth and the benefits are a testament to the care and appreciation of their employees. They understand that a thriving employee makes the experience for everyone at the company better.

      Cons

      Not so much of a con than it is a challenge — a smaller, fully-remote company that expands across global timezones brings the challenge of overlapping work hours. While the entire team is active at nearly all hours of the day through various communication channels, it's conducive to your flow to plan for windows of overlapping work hours.
