      Pros

      Patch My PC has been an amazing company to work for. Employees are smart and capable. There is no competitive feeling between coworkers, success at Patch My PC is truly a team effort. Learning and expanding horizons is encouraged by top level management, and the pay and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company, Patch My PC can experience some growing pains in terms of roles and responsibilities. However, management is aware and cognizant of such things and stays on top of it.

      They are always looking to improve the lives of their employees and customers through innovation. Values honest feedback and implementing change. No red tape. Personal Strengths-based development is encouraged and fueled by a growth mindset. Values are drivers, with honesty and humility being at the forefront. Down-to-earth, fun work environment (gifs used liberally). Generous employee benefits and perks that promote giving back. Learning and development opportunities. Close-knit community.

      Cons

      A remote work environment spanning time zones can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      I don't know where to start, everyone is so friendly, helpful and upbeat! From the CEO through to the leadership and colleagues; the company's values are demonstrated daily with every interaction. I've work for several companies but nothing like this, there's wonderful support from all the staff whether it be managers, team members or engineers; it has a real family feel to it. Flexible, growing and is truly invested in developing their staff! It's an amazing company, I love it here!!

      Cons

      I can honestly say the only con is that I've not had the luxury to meet my colleagues in person with them being based in America/Europe and myself in the UK.

      Thanks for taking the time to submit a review based on your experience working at Patch My PC! My goal is to ensure our actions of being a values-first company never changes! I can empathize with the comment that not meeting all your colleagues in person is challenging. Even as CEO, there are still a couple of employees I've yet to meet in person :(. Being fully remote and a global company can be challenging in this aspect. The leadership team and I have heard this feedback, and I'm hoping you are super excited with the recent news that we will have a company-wide in-person retreat in early 2023! Justin Chalfant
