Business Outlook
Pros
The focus on employee benefit and personal goals. The great benefits package for employees. The community of kind, high-energy people that I work with every day. The humor. The exposure to new and challenging concepts and the willingness from everyone to collaborate to ensure that a new concept is grasped. The great documentation! The list could go on!
Cons
I can't think of any legitimate cons (things that, weighed against the pros, would affect ones decision to work here). There are some minor growth pains as it's a rapidly expanding company trying to figure out things as we go, but nothing that I would consider a true "con." The company has been awesome!
