Pros

- Great environment for a journalist - Helped to build my writing, editing, and reporting skills - Received feedback from co-workers that helped me during my tenure - Met so many amazing people during my time there

Cons

- The mass layoffs this year showed a scary direction that the profession is going in - I hope the company will continue to support journalists in all forms and not be held to the standards of the corporate offices

Pros

Good culture overall People care Opportunity for some growth

Cons

Company restructured again and let good people go. The leadership seems unsure what the company should be and they keep trying new things on repeat. Changing direction and it feels like throwing stuff at a wall to see what sticks. They are willing to let good people go rather than focusing on a vision. Reacting rather than creating. Don’t see the company lasting much longer.
