Pros

Great people who want to bring hyper local news to people and believe in their mission. The office is casual and fun. The culture is great, with occasional group outings for drinks.

Cons

When I left the ad operations department was dwindling (from 16 people down to 6) and none of the positions were being back-filled. Management was silent on what seemed to be the slow demise of the department, instead they would boast about how in a few years Patch would be a great place to work for like Buzzfeed.
