Pros

They compensate well for regular hourly salary, They offer incentives throughout the year, their benefits are great, especially healthcare. There is a lot of room for growth and they promote internally all the time.

Cons

their PTO policy is TERRIBLE and not conducive to a healthy work life balance. The sick time and vacation time is all lumped together, so if you call out for sick time, it eats away at your vacation time, even though being sick is NOT a vacation. Additionally, only 3 people may be on PTO at a time in any given region, which makes no sense because it has nothing to do with your particular branch if people in another region are on PTO. PTO is requested at the beginning of the year and it feels like a competition to get your time off. Their bonuses are also extremely inequitable with the “lower” team members getting the least in terms of bonus, despite being the frontline when helping members.
