- transparency in pay - promotion within company - management differs from branch to branch but overall, wonderful people - CEO wants to hear feedback of the employees and the community - multiple ways of communication to get message across - products and rates change constantly - good benefits like education reimbursement and 401K match - lots of community involvement - diverse group of members

Cons

- if relocate, pay adjust to the area cost of living - favoritism in the workplace - lots of work emails, newsletters, and Zoom meetings - back office operation like human resource are in headquarters, Dublin, CA

As a credit union, we believe in putting people first and taking care of our communities and it seems as if you felt that in your experience. Our offices and branches span the diverse regions of Northern California, and like many organizations, we follow "location-based pay", based on the cost of living in that area, as part of our total compensation & benefits model. Our benefits also include many options for development and learning, that should be created in partnership with managers - empowering employees to actively take a role in how their career progresses.
