As a credit union that follows the philosophy of putting people first, our bonus programs are based on our success and achievements as a team. Bonus programs are not always guaranteed, but this year, we achieved target on our 2 internal programs and have announced our annual bonus achievements. We don't offer a quarterly bonus structure at Patelco.
