Pros
1. Lot of new things to learn. 2. Opportunities to grow fast in technically . 3. Supportive managers for people who takes ownership and always encourages people who takes initiative (very less hierarchy egos). 4. Expanding in head count and geologically. 5. Must have career start in such places. A part from work, there are good things like free bf, subsidized lunch, good medical insurance and leave policy.
Cons
1. Sometimes learning new things make to spend lot of time which may include lot of pressure. 2. Pay is little less (but hikes are best in industry).
