Pros
1) Flexible timings. 2) Good location. 3) Good training for freshers. 4) Top level management especially the founders have a great positive outlook.
Cons
1) Good only for freshers. The attitude of the senior employees towards experienced laterals is extremely bad. 2) There is no such thing as work life balance. You are expected to slog everyday. 3) Extremely bad attitude of senior employees. Even if you take sick leave and get hospitalized,for genuine reasons, prepared to face their wrath. 4)Job security is always hanging. Depending on the projects,you may be asked to leave one fine day ,without any prior notice. 5) Purely service based. 6) Too many pretentious know it all's in the company. 7) Micromanagement in every step. 8) The moment you onboard, they would spy on you. If you ever update as much a single word, in Naukri, be prepared for a discussion with the senior management. 10) Not a great work culture. Team building activities hardly exist. Basically you are expected only to work,work,work. The list is endless,but life here is :)
