Flexibility with work schedule, at times good culture. Pockets of great management, majority of employees are great to work with and have each other’s best interest in mind.

Cons

Competitive management environment in certain areas, unethical behavior that is not addressed, passive/aggressive behavior, communication, and management style from some.

- It is a fun atmosphere to work in - Flexible schedule - Plenty of PTO - Employees strive to know their customers

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Prepaid card division comes first so retail employees and customers get pushed aside - Bonuses are given on a prepaid card that incurs fees if you forget to use it - Managers do not know how to lead, they are just there because they have been with the bank awhile
