Pros

Overall great work / life balance (depending on your boss). Plenty of work to do.

Cons

Hard to get visibility, make an impact. There is plenty encouragement to speak your mind and find areas of improvement but nothing ever gets done about them. Huge disconnect with executives. There are good people trying to bring them up to speed but usually doesn't go anywhere.

Great culture. The staff are very fun to be around and having several locations is nice to meet different managers.

Cons

Below average for yearly raises. They push employees hard until they break and don't compensate enough for the work that is done.
