      Supportive managers; ethical healthcare; priority is patient care, not productivity or $$; Lots of training; work with a great assortment of clients who are all very loyal to Pathways as well

      Pay might seem a little less than competitors but it is worth it to have capable colleagues who are good at their jobs & a supportive honest employer

      Pros

      Office gives us the resources we need to be on for field. Management is supportive. Staff are very competent and kind. Great company to work with.

      Cons

      It can get pretty busy at times. But the schedulers are very helpful in coordinating and planning our patient case load.
