Upper management takes huge salaries but provides little in the way of guidance and assistance to staff. Constant turnover and changing priorities/methods make it very hard for staff to get traction and make progress.

Micromanagement, aggressive staff, heavily bureaucratic work environment. Lack of available overtime. Constant employee turnover and restructuring of management team. Excessive socializing, discussions about what to eat for lunch, and extracurricular obligations creates much distraction on the floor. Sales staff has zero to bare minimal training on how to assess patients for hospice eligibility (lack of medical background). Sky high cancellation rate due to dissatisfied family members who were not impressed with the clinicians assigned to care for their loved ones. Unprofessionalism galore. Too much concern with hitting sales quota and lack of compassion for the patients and families. Keep looking.
