      Good remote job but too many changes

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, decent benefits, good culture. People are nice and willing to help. Equipment (laptop) provided for work.

      Cons

      Many changes in upper management constantly. Recent layoffs and restructuring all the time since they are always acquiring a new business. There's lack of upward mobility since they'll just bring in an external hire they know from a previous company. You're never sure whose gonna be laid off next so there's a lot of anxiety around job security. And the constant management changes can make it confusing on who is responsible for what. However I will say it felt like a positive trend when it came to the new managers - a welcomed adjustment. Keri really gave PatientNow more hope and better work-life balance.

      The staff was nice, great group of people, flexible time off, 11 paid holidays

      Cons

      Company culture is in flux, VC firm owns it so management is always being shuffled which affects everyone else.

      Pros

      Leadership LISTENS! They listen to you (as an employee) and to their customers, constantly looking to improve based on that feedback. I love my manager, and it's truly one of the most motivating workplaces. My projects are all high impact, and I always feel seen, heard and I'm actually trusted to do my job. Also, great work-life balance. I would be friends with most of these people outside of the workplace. Next year feels even more exciting with the developments. This is a generally stable company that's looking to keep both momentum and growth.

      Cons

      Some teams seem a little less enthusiastic than mine.
