Pros
Flexible time off / work life balance
Cons
The workload was overwhelming, often feeling like way too much for one person (or even a full team) to reasonably manage, yet expectations remained sky high. New policies and platform changes were rolled out frequently, but there was little to no direction on how to handle them which left frontline teams scrambling to figure things out on their own. Working across departments was frustrating because everyone was in the same boat - spread thin and doing their best, but with no real guidance or ownership from leadership. It felt like a domino effect of miscommunication and burnout, and instead of fixing the root issues, more responsibilities just kept getting added. There are good people at the company trying to make it work, but in my experience the structure and support just weren’t there.
