Pros

Some of the new executive team coming in have been beneficial. CEO and VP of Marketing are good changes.

Cons

Too much change overall. Below market pay, little room for negotiation, no feeling of job growth opportunities. So many very capable and hard working people fired with little explanation makes for bad morale and no feeling of job security. We are all in constant fear that we are next on the chopping board.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns regarding the recent changes within our organization. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I want to assure you that we take your comments seriously and are committed to addressing them. First and foremost, I'm glad to hear that you've recognized the positive impact of some of the changes brought about by the new executive team, particularly the CEO and VP of Marketing. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping our company's direction, and we're grateful for their leadership. However, it's clear from your feedback that there are areas where we need to improve. The pace of change, coupled with concerns about compensation and job security, has understandably caused apprehension among our team members. We recognize that transparency and open communication are essential during times of transition, and we acknowledge that we can do better in providing clearer explanations for organizational changes and terminations. I want to reassure you that your job security is important to us, and while we cannot guarantee immunity from all changes, we are committed to providing a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. Additionally, we understand the importance of fair compensation and are actively reviewing our salary structures to ensure they remain competitive within the market. Your suggestion to empower the team and foster a culture of collaboration and pride is well taken. We are dedicated to creating opportunities for growth and development, as well as encouraging open dialogue and feedback across all levels of the organization. By working together, we can cultivate a more positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported. I want to thank you once again for sharing your feedback. If you are willing, I encourage you to connect with us directly via HR, if you are not comfortable talking to your manager, as your feedback is invaluable and we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our employees.

Pros

Remote first company and replacing bad male leadership with female execs. This company is actually be better off now. Hence, two stars.

Cons

Below market rate salaries. If you like to work hard and not make money, this is the place for you. It is a provide for the top only kind of company, and not taking care of those that are doing all the work. There is really no career development opportunities.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback about our workplace. We are pleased to hear you enjoy our remote work environment and the ongoing development of our leadership team. With regard to your feedback regarding compensation, our approach is based on several factors including experience, skillset, industry, location, market value, etc. In addition, variable incentive plans for sales related roles are provided to ensure earning opportunities align with current industry standards. As it relates to career development opportunities, we are actively reviewing and implementing processes to ensure employees feel supported in their career aspirations. We have promoted quite a few people this year from within, however, we need to do a better job ensuring our next level leaders are publicizing career opportunities and understand people's individual goals for advancement. We are appreciative of your review. Having this kind of anonymous feedback makes us better as a company. If you are willing, I encourage you to connect with us directly via HR, if you are not comfortable talking to your manager, as your feedback is invaluable and we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our employees.
