      - Unlimited PTO - 401k/Benefits package - Decent pay - Little micromanagement

      Cons

      - Terrible training when starting with the company. It made it extremely hard to learn my job and be able to do it effectively - Little to no communication between teams, however it would make things so much easier - Dev team is slow to fix bugs
